Introductory Flight Experience
Curious about flying a helicopter? Our Trial Introductory Flight is the perfect way to experience what it’s like to be at the controls.
30-minute flight: $350
60-minute flight: $650
This experience includes a pre-flight briefing with a qualified instructor and hands-on flying time.

Recreational Pilot Licence – Your First Step into Aviation
The Recreational Pilot Licence (RPL-H) is your gateway to flying helicopters, allowing you to take control of an aircraft and experience the thrill of flight. Whether you’re looking to fly for fun or plan to progress towards a more advanced licence, the RPL-H is the perfect starting point for your aviation journey.
Minimum flight hours required: 25 hours (including solo and instructor-led training).
Hourly rate: From $650 + GST per hour (includes instructor & aircraft, varies by aircraft type).
Additional costs: CASA theory exams, medical certification, and flight test fees.

Private Pilot Licence – Learn to Fly for Fun
A Private Pilot Licence (PPL-H) allows you to fly helicopters for recreational purposes and is the first step toward a professional aviation career.
Minimum flight hours required: 50 hours (average completion: 55-60 hours)
Hourly rate: (includes instructor & aircraft) From $650+GST per hour depending on the Aircraft.
Note on GST: If you intend to move onto a CPL-H GST is not applicable.Additional fees: CASA theory exams, medical certification, flight test fees.

A Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL-H) enables you to fly for hire and is required for career opportunities in tourism, emergency services, and aerial operations.

Hourly rate: (includes instructor & aircraft): From $650 per hour depending on the Aircraft.
Note on GST: GST is not charged for CPL-H License training hours.
